Car, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, buses all these are different in structure, size and shape. Even their internal machinery is different. Their sitting arrangements are different. The speeds by which they travel are also different. With so many differences you can easily distinguish one with the others. But one of the things that is used in all these different types of vehicles is a tyre. Though the size of the tyres may be different for different vehicles and also the number of tyres used may be different but their ultimate use is the same for all. Tyres are used to reduce the friction between the wheel and the road surface.

Radial Tyres
Tyres are the driving force for any vehicle. You just cannot imagine any vehicle running on the roads without a wheel or for that matter a tyre. So we can easily say that as long as there are wheels there are tyres. Tyres are an inseparable part of a vehicle that reduce the friction between the wheel and the road surface. Thus these tyres are the actual members that help in running the vehicle. Tyres initially were made only from rubber, but later as the use of tyres got intense to achieve higher speeds and longer working lives, other materials were introduced along with rubber to form more rigid and durable structure.

Tubeless Tyres
Tyres were invented with the invention of a process known as vulcanisation. Vulcanisation is a process of curing rubber. Normal rubber deteriorates very fast and this is a drawback of rubber in tyre making. Thus vulcanisation treats the rubber to make cross-linked molecules of it with greater strength and durability. Today no vehicle running on the road can move without a tyre. Thus a tyre is the driving medium of all the vehicles on road. A tyre changes the looks of any automobile. A particular kind of tyre can make a vehicle look sturdy and tough whereas another kind may just take its good looks away. There are specific tyres for specific vehicles. A bicycle has its own tyres and so does a motorcycle.

The speed of a vehicle depends on its power and efficiency of its engine. But the thing that really drives any vehicle forward is its tyre. Any vehicle cannot run without a tyre. Even an aeroplane requires a tyre to achieve its initial speed before the final take-off. Thus a tyre is very important for a vehicle to travel. Without a tyre any vehicle will stay just at its place without any movement. Then what will be the need for us to use those vehicles? No need.
